SFSF (食福是福)

SFSF (食福是福) is a Cantonese restaurant in the former French concession, Shanghai, specializing in slow-cooked soups and traditional steamed dishes. The menu changes with the seasons, using Guangdong ingredients in light, nourishing preparations. Soups are steamed for hours to extract deep flavor, featuring ingredients like traditional Chinese herbs, chicken, whelks, and salted pork. Other highlights include dried vegetables with baby oysters, steamed beef with Buddha’s hand, and fried rice with thin-shelled mussels and minced ginger. It’s operated by the OHA Group, which also runs Bar No. 3, Maolago, and Bar Rock.
