Sultan Turkish Restaurant

Sultan is a halal Turkish restaurant at PAC mall in Jing’an district, Shanghai. The space commands a grand dining room, a spacious and colorful oasis complete with fabric parasols, lemon trees, and elegant tiles. There’s also a spacious outdoor terrace and two private dining rooms. The menu is a veritable encyclopedia of Turkish fare, featuring essential mezze like hummus and cacik alongside expertly grilled platters of lamb chops and beef kebabs. Sultan has also partnered with Turkey’s legendary MADO brand, whose famously resilient ice cream claims its own counter, standing proudly next to decadent displays of desserts, including the popular baklava and kunefe.
