By way of Beijing comes The Merchants, a three-pronged concept with a café, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar. The restaurant part of this destination is all about dry-aged fish and fowl, house-cured charcuterie, and wood-fire grilling with flavors that draw from global influences. It’s housed in a beautifully restored villa and has an elegant yet casual dining room with a bar counter that offers front row seats to the open kitchen. The cafe opens during the day for coffee and cakes, and acts as additional dinner seating for the evening. The cocktail bar is upstairs, along with a handful of private rooms.

Note about opening hours: The cafe is open all day, a la carte menu available during lunch and dinner hours, bar open from evening.
