Fuxing Project is an all-day bakery, brunch spot, and evening bistro located at INS within Fuxing Park. The three-in-one concept boasts a spacious, sunny terrace facing the park and a cozy, warm-lit dining room in the back. The food has a French-Japanese twist — light touches of miso, soy, and furikake, alongside heavier hitters like mentaiko udon carbonara and panko-fried burrata. The kitchen is run by the Sake-X Group (Sake Ichi, Ichi Roll, etc.), a group with a Japanese-concept focus, which explains the fusion direction.
By day, a brunch menu serves eggs Benedict on sourdough and hearty breakfast plates. In the evening, the menu shifts to more formal dinner fare: grilled steak, seafood, and elegant pastas. Baked goods include baguettes, sourdough loaves, cakes, pies, and egg tarts.
