Freshly Baked Goods at Dosage

Fresh baked cakes, cookies, and other confections are churned out daily.

Dosage’s signature item is madeleines, available in six flavors (black sesame, double matcha, rose water, etc.), sold as ¥12 a piece or any three flavors for ¥32.

Madeleines (¥12/one, ¥32/three)

Madeleines might be their signature, but I think the Cinnamon Buns (¥20) trump them. These knotted rolls are absolutely divine—I don’t usually go for sweets, but after having these, I find myself craving them.

The baked goods will change daily, but the Madeleines and Cinnamon Buns are the staples.

The Wine Selection at Dosage

Dosage has a curated selection of wines—new and old world, and some natural wines.

The menu lists wines by “body” instead of origin or price, starting from light and easy drinking to heavier and full-bodied wines. It’s a smart menu and could be a decisive measure for wine novices when selecting drinks.

There are about 40 labels at any given time. About 10 of them are available by the glass, starting from ¥58. Bottles start from ¥238. The wine selection will rotate according to season or based on new finds.
