Multi-concept restaurant and bar OSP joins forces with Singaporean Chef Joey Cheong (UMAAMI) to revamp its gastrolounge food offerings. Savor by OSP, the lounge section of the space, now serving comforting Southeast Asian bites to go with cocktails.

When OSP opened late last year, the food menu was upmarket Mediterranean bites refined with fine dining technique. Now it’s polished Southeast Asian/Singaporean food. Some dishes are creative, others are classic with modern plating, while some stretch the imagination like the century egg cheesecake. I’ve been told the latter is rather enjoyable.

Overall, the food is comforting and fulfilling, and it won’t break the bank. I wouldn’t say the food concept exactly matches the space and vibe, but its tasty stuff and worth trying. No changes on the cocktails, which are very tasty tipples from Hope & Sesame. More on drinks here.
