Chameleon is cocktail bar and restaurant by Carson Xie and Eddy Yang, two talented mixologists/operators who are among the best in the biz. And they just launched brunch!

Chameleon – Home Away From Home

The space is meant to feel like a home away from home—the bar, lounge, and dining room is designed like you’re in someone’s living room. It’s a casual take on the high-flying cocktail bar atmosphere, switching out dark, moody interiors for bright, open spaces.

Why “Chameleon” you ask? They’ll be changing the food and drink concept every six months, inspired by their travels to Southeast Asia, the Americas, and beyond.

Meanwhile, they’ve just launched an all-day Sunday brunch menu with a massive “Meat Lover” BBQ platter taking center stage.

The all-day Sunday brunch menu at Chameleon is a modest one but has weekend staples like Eggs Benedict and a belt-busting burger alongside their dinnertime signatures like the sardine confit croutons.

The highlight is the BBQ Platter (¥468). It’s one of gargantuan proportions and is good for four people to share. It’s a fully-loaded platter of barbecue-glazed pork ribs, three kinds of sausages, half a roasted chicken, and grilled vegetables.

Crispy-skinned roasted chicken, meaty ribs, and sausages (one of which is cheese-filled).

Of course, it’s not brunch without eggs, and Chameleon has the weekend staple—Eggs Benedict (¥58) with spinach and crispy bacon on an English muffin with lashings of citrus-hollandaise.

Don’t miss the burger! The Wagyu Beef Burger weighs in at 180g (patty) and comes stacked with pickles, arugula, cheese, fried onion rings, and house mayonnaise. This bad boy also comes with fries.
