That’s YICAFE’s Friday night seafood buffet for you. Absolute, glorious madness. Beyond the caviar free-for-all, there’s lobster, king crab, fresh-carved tuna sashimi, crayfish, hairy crab…you get the idea. But also steak, short rib, and food from 10 other live cooking stations. It’s been a couple years since I’ve eaten at Le Co It’s been a couple years since I’ve eaten at Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire Shanghai (Michelin one star)… But when the legendary chef is in town, you show up. Lunch was a showing of classic French fine dining, executed by Executive Chef Ramses Navarro. The highlight was undoubtedly the sole meunière, a flawless fillet medallion paired with a sauce of depth, its richness extracted from rockfish.
