Don’t Miss: Heritage Eats Food Festival Sept 26

Gastronomes take note—this is one food festival you do not want to miss!

Heritage Eats is powered by the philosophy that drives Heritage by Madison: exploring cultural heritage through delicious food. This is the second edition of the food festival, and there will be 20 chefs cooking up foods that represent their heritage.

It’s all happening this Saturday, September 26 from 11am to 9pm at Heritage by Madison.

I’ll Be Cooking, Too!

I, too, will be serving up food from my home country, Malaysia!

I’ll be cooking Penang Assam Laksa, and Beef Rendang Sloppy Joe and Crispy Pork Belly from my last two pop-ups. Photos for reference below.
